According to Microsoft, dates and charts now display correctly in Word and PowerPoint, spaces between words are actually preserved in Word 2008 (thank the deities for that one), macros are preserved, and font size is preserved in text tables. Office 2008 has been bumped to version 12.1.1 (making it the second update since the software was released) and generally addresses stability and performance. And who ever said there couldn't be a Christmas in June?
